Description | SHP-77 保留了SCLC的重要特征，具有稳定的生物化学特性，可以连续培养。该细胞系是小细胞肺癌中一种不常见的未分化大细胞突变体。
它虽然具有突变体的形态，但保持了经典SCLC的生化特性。电子显微镜观察发现存在腺体形成和胞浆内板层体(intracytoplasmic lamellar bodies)。这些细胞表达神经内分泌标记物L-多巴脱羧酶和致密核心分泌颗粒(dense core secretory granules)。SHP-77可用做检测51Cr和111In释放对体外细胞及裸鼠体内毒性的靶标，用于评估肺癌病患的细胞和血清的免疫反应水平。该细胞可用于评估接受放射或化学疗法治疗的SCLC病患的免疫状况。

【注意事项】该细胞传代时可以轻轻拍打细胞培养瓶侧面十余次，将悬浮的细胞进行收集离心，以40万～50万/ mL的密度重悬传代。轻轻拍打后仍贴壁未悬浮的细胞则丢弃，不收集传代。 | 供应限制
