Description | 该细胞表面表达糖蛋白癌胚抗原(CEA)和TAG 72，左旋多巴脱羧酶(DDC)表达阴性。血管活性的肠肽(VIP)受体活性极低并缺乏胃泌激素受体。该细胞表达蕈毒碱胆碱受体(muscarinic cholinergic agents)，但没有证据表明表达N-myc、L-myc、myb和 EGFR基因。该细胞表达的c-myc和c-erb-B 2 mRNA水平与其它细胞株相似，但不表达N-myc、L-myc、c-cis、IGF-2和胃泌激素释放肽(gastrin releasing peptide)。有报道认为NCI-N87细胞的植板率为4.3%。每个批次均通过本库支原体检测，结果为阴性。经本库STR检测结果无误。STR结果如下：Amelogenin: X,Y；CSF1PO: 8,12；D13S317: 8,11；D16S539: 9,13；D5S818: 12,13；D7S820: 10,11；THO1: 9；TPOX: 9,11；vWA: 15,16 | 动物种别

气相：空气，95%；二氧化碳，5%。温度：37摄氏度。
注意事项：
该细胞贴壁较慢，且生长缓慢，建议复苏、传代后让细胞贴壁48h后再进行后续实验操作。细胞最初将附着形成小岛状，然后在这些密集的斑块中增殖，因此很难正确估计汇合度。避免细胞过密生长，及时更换新鲜培养基，以免培养基的pH受到不利影响。该细胞培养时，在培养基中会有一些漂浮细胞和碎片，并且在该细胞中可能会观察到较大的“囊泡”和颗粒状外观，是正常现象。 | 供应限制

The tumor was passaged as a xenograft in athymic nude mice for three passages before the cell line was established. |
