Description | MS1是1994年建株的胰岛内皮细胞株。原代培养的胰岛内皮细胞用抗G418的温度敏感型SV40大T抗原(tsA-58-3)转染。抗性克隆用克隆环分离，并筛选吸收dil-Ac-LDL的。这株细胞保留了内皮细胞的许多特性，如吸收乙 酰化LDL和表达八因子相关抗原及BEGF受体。
